Return Policy:

In the case you were sent the incorrect item or a defective item, contact us at hello@sespegold.com with photos within 3 days of receiving the product. 

If an exchange is permitted, item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. The additional shipping costs for the exchange will not be Sespe Gold's responsibility. Return Labels can only be provided to US addresses.

Sale orders are final and no exchanges will be authorized.

Order Changes:

Order changes can potentially be made up until fulfillment has begun.

Order changes after the initial order confirmation are not guaranteed and will not be Sespe Gold's responsibility if unmet.

Shipping Policy:

Online orders ship from our Ventura, CA warehouse Monday - Friday, and are usually scanned for shipment within 2-3 business days. Online order tracking updates are sent to the customer email address attached to the orders.
